Comparison review
Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy M31, getting a global score of 88.9 against 86.5. The Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha design is thicker and a lot heavier than the Samsung Galaxy M31. Both of these phones use Android OS (operating system), but the Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha has older 10 version while Samsung Galaxy M31 has Android 11 version.
Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha has just a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy M31, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha also has a greater amount of RAM. Samsung Galaxy M31 counts with a little more vivid display than Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha, because although it has a way worse resolution of 1080 x 2340px and a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a just a bit greater pixels density.
Galaxy M31 has a better camera than Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha, although it has a way smaller back camera sensor which offers a lot worse image and video quality, a back facing camera with a way lower resolution, a smaller aperture and a worse 3840x2160 video quality. The Galaxy M31 counts with a much longer battery life than Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity.
