Samsung Galaxy M31 has a global score of 86.5, which is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi Mix Fold's score of 79.8. Samsung Galaxy M31's design is extremely lighter than the Xiaomi Mi Mix Fold, although it is thicker and was released about a year before. These phones come with Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy M31 has a more recent 11 version and Xiaomi Mi Mix Fold has Android 10, offering a couple additional features.
The Samsung Galaxy M31 features a much better hardware performance than Xiaomi Mi Mix Fold, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processor. Xiaomi Mi Mix Fold features just a bit better display than Galaxy M31, because although it has a little lower pixel number per inch of display, it also counts with a higher 1860 x 2480 pixels resolution, a bigger display and much more brightness.
The Samsung Galaxy M31 takes much clearer photographs and videos than Xiaomi Mi Mix Fold, although it has a lot less mega-pixels back facing camera, they both have the same diafragm aperture. Xiaomi Mi Mix Fold has more memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy M31, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy M31 has longer battery duration than Xiaomi Mi Mix Fold, because it has a 20% larger battery size.
