Comparison review
The Galaxy M40 is just a bit better than Asus ROG Phone 5, having a overall score of 85 against 84.7. Despite of the fact that Galaxy M40 is older than the Asus ROG Phone 5, it's design is incredibly thinner and noticeably lighter. The Asus ROG Phone 5 counts with a sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy M40, because although it has a bit less pixels per inch of screen, it also counts with a little bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2448 and a little larger display.
Galaxy M40 features much more memory for games and applications than Asus ROG Phone 5, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal storage capacity, the Galaxy M40 also has a slot for an external memory card that holds a maximum of 512 GB. Asus ROG Phone 5 counts with just a bit better processing power than Galaxy M40, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Asus ROG Phone 5 also has more RAM memory.
Asus ROG Phone 5 has a better camera than Samsung Galaxy M40, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture, it also counts with a lot bigger sensor taking more light and vivid colors, a much more megapixels back camera and a way better video resolution. Asus ROG Phone 5 features a much better battery life than Galaxy M40, because it has a 71% more battery capacity.
