Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy M40 has a global score of 85, which is a bit better than the Google Pixel XL's 81.3 score. Samsung Galaxy M40's construction has the same weight than the Google Pixel XL, but it is just a bit thinner. Samsung Galaxy M40 has just a little better hardware performance than Google Pixel XL, because it has a greater number of cores and a higher amount of RAM memory.
The Google Pixel XL has a slightly better looking display than Galaxy M40, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a higher amount of pixels per inch of screen and a better resolution of 1440 x 2560px. Samsung Galaxy M40 has a very superior memory to install games and applications than Google Pixel XL, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal memory capacity, the Samsung Galaxy M40 also has a slot for an SD memory card that allows up to 512 GB.
The Google Pixel XL's battery duration is just as good as Galaxy M40's battery lifetime, although the Google Pixel XL has just 3450mAh of battery capacity instead of 3500mAh. Galaxy M40 takes much better photographs and videos than Google Pixel XL, because although it has a smaller sensor which provides a worse image and video quality, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the Galaxy M40 also counts with a camera in the back with lot more megapixels and a bigger camera aperture for better low-light images.
