The Galaxy M40 has an overall score of 85, which is slightly better than the Moto G Stylus's 79.7 global score. Even though the Galaxy M40 is older than the Moto G Stylus, it's construction is somewhat thinner and lighter. These devices use Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy M40 has an older 10 version while Moto G Stylus has Android 11.
The Galaxy M40 features a bit faster CPU than Moto G Stylus, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Galaxy M40 also has 2 GB more RAM memory.
