Galaxy M40 is a little bit better than the Motorola Moto Z4, getting an 85 score against 79.8. These phones have the same Android 10 OS (operating system), so both of them should provide the user all the same OS features. Despite being the best we are comparing, Galaxy M40's design is just a little bit thicker and just a bit heavier than Motorola Moto Z4.
The Samsung Galaxy M40 features a bit better processor than Motorola Moto Z4, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Samsung Galaxy M40 also has a larger amount of RAM memory. The Samsung Galaxy M40 has a slightly better display than Motorola Moto Z4, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, and they both have exactly the same 1080 x 2340 resolution, the Samsung Galaxy M40 also counts with a just a bit higher number of pixels in each inch in the screen.
The Moto Z4's memory for applications, games, photos and videos is just as good as Samsung Galaxy M40's one, they have the same internal memory and a SD card slot that supports up to 512 GB. Moto Z4 has a slightly better camera than Samsung Galaxy M40, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the same diafragm aperture and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Moto Z4 also has a way bigger sensor taking lot better quality videos and photographs and a back-facing camera with way more MP.
The Moto Z4 features just a little bit longer battery duration than Galaxy M40, because it has a 3% more battery size.
