Galaxy Note9 is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy M40, with a general score of 87.1 against 85. Even being the best cellphone in this comparison review, the Galaxy Note9 body is older, somewhat heavier and thicker than Samsung Galaxy M40. The Galaxy Note9 counts with a little more vivid display than Galaxy M40, because it has more pixels per inch of screen, a little bigger display and a higher resolution of 1440 x 2960.
The Galaxy Note9 counts with a bit faster processing unit than Galaxy M40. Both have a Octa-Core processor and the same RAM memory amount. The Samsung Galaxy M40 and the Samsung Galaxy Note9 both feature incredibly similar storage for games and applications, both have a slot for an external memory card that holds up to 512 GB and exactly the same 128 GB internal storage.
Galaxy M40 counts with just a bit better camera than Galaxy Note9, because although it has lower 30 frames per second video frame rates, a tinier camera sensor taking worse quality videos and images and a smaller aperture which is not recommended for low-light photography and video, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Galaxy M40 also counts with a lot higher 32 MP resolution camera.
The Samsung Galaxy Note9 counts with just a little better battery performance than Samsung Galaxy M40, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity.
