Galaxy M40 has a general score of 85, which is just a bit better than Galaxy S6 edge+'s 79.3 global score. These devices come with Android operating system, but the Galaxy M40 has a more recent 10 version and Galaxy S6 edge+ has Android 5.1 version. The Galaxy M40 design is incredibly newer, but just a little bit heavier and thicker than the Galaxy S6 edge+.
Samsung Galaxy M40 counts with a bit better processor than Galaxy S6 edge+, because it has more cpu cores and more RAM. The Galaxy S6 edge+ counts with a much better looking display than Galaxy M40, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels and a better pixels quantity per inch in the display.
Galaxy M40 has a very superior memory to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, because it has a SD extension slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB and 128 GB internal memory. Galaxy M40 features a little longer battery lifetime than Galaxy S6 edge+, because it has a 17 percent bigger battery capacity.
The Galaxy M40 has a bit better camera than Galaxy S6 edge+, because although it has a tinier back camera sensor providing a worse image quality, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Galaxy M40 also counts with a camera with a much better 32 mega pixels resolution and a larger camera aperture to capture better low light photography and video.
