The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has a score of 79.5, which is a bit better than the LG V10's 78.6 global score. Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is an notably older cellphone than the LG V10, but it is somewhat lighter and just a little thinner anyway. Both phones in this comparison use Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has 5.0 version while LG V10 has Android 5.1 version.

The Galaxy Note 3 counts with a superior processor than LG V10, because although it has 1 GB lesser RAM memory, it also counts with a graphics co-processor and more CPU cores. LG V10 features a little more vivid display than Galaxy Note 3, and although they both have a display with the same size, the LG V10 also has a better count of pixels per inch of screen and a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440.

The LG V10 has a better camera than Galaxy Note 3, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the LG V10 also has a bigger aperture, a bigger camera sensor providing a higher image quality, faster 120 frames per second video frame rate and a higher 16 megapixels resolution back facing camera.

The LG V10 has a way bigger storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note 3, because it has a slot for external memory cards that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB and 64 GB internal storage capacity. Galaxy Note 3 has a bit superior battery performance than LG V10, because it has 3200mAh of battery capacity instead of 3000mAh.

Although Galaxy Note 3 is a better device, it costs more money than LG V10, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the LG V10. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can get the LG V10, and give up some specs and features, but you'll get the most with your savings.
