Samsung Galaxy Note Edge is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Note 4, having a score of 81.7 against 81.6. Samsung Galaxy Note Edge's body has the same thickness than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, but it is a little lighter. These phones include the same Android 5.0 OS, so you shouldn't perceive any differences regarding that.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and the Galaxy Note Edge feature incredibly similar processing units, both have a 500 MHz graphics co-processor, 3 GB of RAM and the same number of cores. The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge features a bit better display than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, because although it has a bit smaller screen, and they both have the same exact resolution of 2560 x 1440px, the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge also counts with a just a little better quantity of pixels in each display inch.
Galaxy Note 4 counts with just a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge. Both of them have the same sensor size, a back-facing camera with a 16 MP, the same video quality, a F2.2 aperture and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate. The Galaxy Note 4 and the Galaxy Note Edge feature incredibly similar storage for applications and games, both of them have the same internal storage capacity and a slot for external memory cards that allows a maximum of 128 GB.
The Galaxy Note 4 features just a bit longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, because it has a 7% greater battery capacity.
Although Samsung Galaxy Note Edge is a better device, it is more expensive than the Samsung Galaxy Note 4, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Samsung Galaxy Note 4. If you want to save some dollars, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Note 4, giving up a few specs and features, but you'll get the most with your money.
