Both of these phones include Android OS, but the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer has newer 12 version while Galaxy Note Edge has Android 5.0. Although Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer is incredibly newer than Galaxy Note Edge, it is just a bit thicker and heavier.
