IPhone 12 is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy Note9, having a overall score of 88.7 against 87.1. IPhone 12's construction is a lot newer, thinner and lighter than the Samsung Galaxy Note9. IPhone 12 counts with a little bit better display than Samsung Galaxy Note9, although it has a little smaller screen, a quite worse pixels quantity in each inch in the screen and a little lower 1170 x 2532px resolution.
Apple iPhone 12 has a superior processor than Samsung Galaxy Note9, because although it has a lower number of cores and 2 GB lesser RAM, it also counts with a 64-bit processing unit. The Samsung Galaxy Note9 has a little bit better camera than iPhone 12, and although they both have a camera in the back with a 12 mega pixels, the same (4K) video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Samsung Galaxy Note9 also has a bigger camera aperture for better captures and videos in low light situations.
Galaxy Note9 counts with a much bigger storage capacity to store more games and applications than iPhone 12, because it has more internal storage capacity and a SD memory card expansion slot that allows up to 512 GB. The Galaxy Note9 features a superior battery performance than Apple iPhone 12, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity instead of 2815mAh.
Although iPhone 12 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Samsung Galaxy Note9, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Samsung Galaxy Note9. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy iPhone 12, but if you don't you can save some dollars and buy the Samsung Galaxy Note9, resigning some specifications.
