Comparison review
Google Pixel 5 has a score of 89, which is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy Note9's global score of 87.1. Google Pixel 5's body is extremely newer, somewhat thinner and a lot lighter than Samsung Galaxy Note9. Samsung Galaxy Note9 counts with a bit superior processing unit than Google Pixel 5, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have 8 CPU cores.
Samsung Galaxy Note9 has a little sharper display than Google Pixel 5, because it has a little bit larger screen, a little higher count of pixels in each inch of display and a higher resolution of 1440 x 2960 pixels. Galaxy Note9 counts with a lot bigger memory for games and applications than Google Pixel 5, and although they both have equal internal memory, the Galaxy Note9 also has a SD card slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB.
The Google Pixel 5 features a bit longer battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Note9, because it has a 4080mAh battery capacity. Google Pixel 5's camera is very similar to Galaxy Note9's camera, because although the Google Pixel 5 has a tinier aperture which is worse for capturing photographs and videos in low light situations, and they both have the same video resolution, a 0.39 inches camera sensor and the same video frame rates, it also counts with a back facing camera with a higher resolution.
Although Google Pixel 5 is a better device, it costs more money than Samsung Galaxy Note9, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Samsung Galaxy Note9. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can get the Samsung Galaxy Note9, letting go a couple features, but you'll get the most with your money.
