The Samsung Galaxy Note9 has a general score of 87.1, which is much better than HTC U11's score of 77.6. Samsung Galaxy Note9 is a newer cellphone than the HTC U11, although it is thicker and heavier. The Galaxy Note9 is a lot more expensive than the HTC U11, but you can get a better phone for that extra dollars.
