Samsung Galaxy Note9 is an older, a little thicker and heavier phone than the Huawei P Smart (2020). Galaxy Note9 features a little faster processing unit than Huawei P Smart (2020), and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Galaxy Note9 also has 2 GB more RAM.
