The Galaxy Note9 is much better than the Huawei P smart S, getting an 87.1 score against 77.2. Although it's the best in this review, we must note that it's also older, somewhat thicker and heavier. Galaxy Note9 features a little sharper screen than Huawei P smart S, because it has a just a bit better pixels density, a bit larger screen and a higher 1440 x 2960px resolution.
The Galaxy Note9 features a little bit better storage to store more games and applications than Huawei P smart S, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal storage capacity, the Galaxy Note9 also has an external memory slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB. The Galaxy Note9 counts with a little better performance than Huawei P smart S, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy Note9 also has 2 GB more RAM memory.
The Samsung Galaxy Note9 captures a bit better videos and photos than Huawei P smart S, because although it has a way lower resolution back-facing camera, it also counts with a bigger aperture for better photos and video in poorly lited environments. The Huawei P smart S features a battery lifetime that is just as good as the battery lifetime in Samsung Galaxy Note9.
