Comparison review

The Galaxy Note9 is slightly better than Huawei P20 Pro, getting an 87.1 score against 81.4. Although it's the best we are comparing, it must be told that it's also a somewhat thicker and heavier phone. Samsung Galaxy Note9 counts with a little sharper display than Huawei P20 Pro, because it has a little bit larger display, a better 1440 x 2960 pixels resolution and a greater display pixel density.

Samsung Galaxy Note9 counts with a much better memory for apps and games than Huawei P20 Pro, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal memory capacity, the Samsung Galaxy Note9 also has a slot for SD memory cards that supports a maximum of 512 GB. The Galaxy Note9 has a bit more powerful processing unit than Huawei P20 Pro. Both of them have 8 cpu cores and the same RAM memory amount.

Huawei P20 Pro shoots much clearer photos and videos than Galaxy Note9, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not recommended for taking photographs or video in poorly lited situations and slower video frame rates, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Huawei P20 Pro also counts with a much larger camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a back facing camera with a way better 40 megapixels resolution.

The Huawei P20 Pro features a battery performance that's just as good as the battery duration in Galaxy Note9.

The Galaxy Note9 costs more than Huawei P20 Pro, but you can get a better phone for that extra dollars.
