The Galaxy Note9 has a general score of 87.1, which is much better than the Moto G Power (2021)'s global score of 76.5. Galaxy Note9 counts with an incredibly better display than Moto G Power (2021), because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a way higher resolution of 1440 x 2960 and a way greater pixel count per display inch.

Samsung Galaxy Note9 has a much greater storage to install games and applications than Moto G Power (2021), and although they both have a SD memory card expansion slot that holds up to 512 GB, the Samsung Galaxy Note9 also has more internal memory. Samsung Galaxy Note9 has a bit faster processing unit than Motorola Moto G Power (2021), and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Samsung Galaxy Note9 also has 2 GB more RAM memory.

Moto G Power (2021) counts with improved battery lifetime than Galaxy Note9, because it has a 5000mAh battery size against 4000mAh. Moto G Power (2021) shoots a bit better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note9, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not nice for capturing images and videos in poorly lited situations, and they both have the same 60 fps video frame rate and the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition, the Moto G Power (2021) also counts with a much larger sensor which offers a way better photo and video quality and a back-facing camera with much more megapixels.

Although Samsung Galaxy Note9 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Moto G Power (2021), and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Moto G Power (2021). So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy Note9, but if you don't you can save some dollars and buy the Moto G Power (2021), resigning a couple specs and features.
