The Galaxy Note9 has a general score of 87.1, which is much better than Motorola Moto Z3's general score of 77.6. The Galaxy Note9 is a way thicker and way heavier phone than Motorola Moto Z3. Galaxy Note9 features a little sharper display than Moto Z3, because it has a little larger screen, a higher pixels density and a better 1440 x 2960 pixels resolution.
Motorola Moto Z3 counts with a bit more storage capacity for apps and games than Galaxy Note9, because although it has 0 less internal storage, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB. The Samsung Galaxy Note9 has just a little better hardware performance than Moto Z3, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy Note9 also has a higher amount of RAM.
Samsung Galaxy Note9 captures clearer photographs and videos than Moto Z3, and although they both have a 12 mega-pixels resolution back camera and the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the Samsung Galaxy Note9 also has a way bigger aperture to capture better low light photography, a bigger camera sensor shooting higher quality pictures and videos and better 60 fps video frame rate.
Galaxy Note9 has superior battery life than Moto Z3, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity.
Samsung Galaxy Note9 costs a lot more than the Motorola Moto Z3, but you can get a better phone for that few more dollars.
