Galaxy Note9's design is older, just a bit thicker and a bit heavier than the Samsung Galaxy A31. Samsung Galaxy Note9 counts with just a bit better processing power than Samsung Galaxy A31, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy Note9 also has a greater amount of RAM.
