The Galaxy Note9 is just a bit better than the Galaxy A9 (2018), having an 87.1 score against 85.2. Even being the best in this review, Galaxy Note9's design is just a little heavier and somewhat thicker than Galaxy A9 (2018). The Galaxy Note9 counts with a little more vivid display than Galaxy A9 (2018), because it has a higher amount of pixels per inch in the display, a better resolution of 1440 x 2960 and a quite larger display.
The Samsung Galaxy Note9 counts with a bit better processor than Galaxy A9 (2018). Both of them have the same number of cores and the same RAM memory amount. The Galaxy A9 (2018) counts with as much memory capacity to store more games and applications as the Galaxy Note9, they have equal 128 GB internal storage and a slot for an external memory card that allows up to 512 GB.
Galaxy Note9 features a bit better battery lifetime than Galaxy A9 (2018), because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity. The Galaxy A9 (2018) shoots slightly better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note9, because although it has a tinier camera sensor taking lower quality videos and photographs, lower 30 frames per second video frame rate and a smaller diafragm aperture, and they both have the same (4K) video definition, the Galaxy A9 (2018) also counts with a way more megapixels camera in the back.
