Galaxy Note 20 has an overall score of 90.8, which is a little bit better than the Galaxy Note9's global score of 87.1. The Galaxy Note 20 body is newer, just a little bit lighter and a little thinner than the Galaxy Note9. Galaxy Note9 counts with a bit better looking display than Galaxy Note 20, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a better 1440 x 2960px resolution and a greater pixels count in each inch of display.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 features a bit more powerful processing unit than Galaxy Note9, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 also has more RAM. The Galaxy Note9 features a much better storage for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Note 20, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal storage capacity, the Galaxy Note9 also has a SD memory card expansion slot that supports up to 512 GB.

The Galaxy Note 20 has just a little better battery lifetime than Galaxy Note9, because it has a 4300mAh battery size against 4000mAh. The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 captures a bit better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note9, because although it has a smaller aperture, and they both have a 12 mega pixels resolution camera, the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 also counts with a lot better video resolution and a lot larger sensor taking more light and vivid colors.

Although Galaxy Note 20 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Galaxy Note9, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Galaxy Note9. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Galaxy Note 20, else you can save a couple dollars and get the Galaxy Note9, resigning some specs and features.
