Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a global score of 98, which is much better than the Galaxy Note9's 87.1 score. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a a little heavier device than the Galaxy Note9, but they have the same thickness. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy Note9, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has 6 GB more RAM memory.
Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G and Galaxy Note9 have extremely similar screens, because although the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a little lower screen density, it also counts with a little bit bigger display and a slightly higher resolution of 1440 x 3200. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a little bit better memory capacity for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Note9, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal storage capacity, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a slot for an external memory card that holds up to 1000 GB.
