The Galaxy Note9 has an overall score of 87.1, which is much better than the Galaxy S7 edge's 78.1 overall score. Galaxy Note9's body is way newer, but somewhat thicker and much heavier than Galaxy S7 edge. Galaxy Note9 features a little bit better processing power than Galaxy S7 edge, because it has a larger number of cores and 2 GB more RAM memory.

The Samsung Galaxy Note9 has just a bit better looking display than Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, because although it has a little lower screen pixel density, it also counts with a quite better resolution of 1440 x 2960px and a bigger screen. The Galaxy Note9 features a slightly better camera than Galaxy S7 edge, because although it has a tinier back-facing camera sensor shooting lower quality images and videos, and they both have the same resolution camera and the same (4K) video quality, the Galaxy Note9 also counts with faster video frame rates and a larger diafragm aperture to take better low-light photography.

Galaxy Note9 is more expensive than the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, but you can get a better phone for that few more dollars.
