Comparison review
Galaxy Z Flip is a bit better than Galaxy Note9, having a global score of 88.5 against 87.1. The Galaxy Z Flip body is newer, just a bit lighter and thinner than Galaxy Note9. The Galaxy Z Flip features a bit superior processor than Galaxy Note9, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Galaxy Z Flip also has a greater amount of RAM.
Galaxy Note9 features a bit sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy Z Flip, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a bit greater pixels density and a better 1440 x 2960 resolution. The Galaxy Z Flip has a camera that is very similar to Galaxy Note9's camera, and although the Galaxy Z Flip has a tinier aperture which is worse for shooting pictures and/or video in low-light environments, they both have a same size back camera sensor, the same (4K) video definition, a 12 MP camera in the back and the same video frame rate.
Samsung Galaxy Note9 has a little bit better storage to store more games and applications than Galaxy Z Flip, because although it has only 128 GB internal storage, it also counts with an external memory card slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB. The Samsung Galaxy Note9 counts with longer battery life than Galaxy Z Flip, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3300mAh.
Although Samsung Galaxy Z Flip is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Galaxy Note9, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Galaxy Note9. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the Galaxy Note9, resigning some specifications.
