Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Note9 is a little bit better than Xperia XZ Premium, getting a general score of 87.1 against 79.8. The Samsung Galaxy Note9 design is newer, but a little heavier and thicker than the Xperia XZ Premium. The Samsung Galaxy Note9 counts with a bit better performance than Sony Xperia XZ Premium, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Samsung Galaxy Note9 also has 2 GB more RAM.
The Xperia XZ Premium has a better looking screen than Galaxy Note9, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a much better number of pixels per inch of screen and a better 2160 x 3840 resolution. Samsung Galaxy Note9 features a very superior storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xperia XZ Premium, because it has an external memory slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB and 128 GB internal storage capacity.
Xperia XZ Premium features a bit better camera than Galaxy Note9, because although it has a way smaller aperture which is not so good for low light images and videos and worse video frame rate, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Xperia XZ Premium also counts with a bigger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a back facing camera with lot more mega-pixels.
The Galaxy Note9 counts with better battery life than Sony Xperia XZ Premium, because it has a 4000mAh battery size instead of 3230mAh.
