Comparison review
The Xiaomi Black Shark 4 has a general score of 88.3, which is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy Note9's 87.1 general score. Xiaomi Black Shark 4's construction is extremely newer than the Samsung Galaxy Note9's, but it is thicker and a little bit heavier. The Xiaomi Black Shark 4 has a little faster CPU than Galaxy Note9, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Xiaomi Black Shark 4 also has a larger amount of RAM.
Xiaomi Black Shark 4 features a bit more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy Note9, because although it has a way lower 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution and a bit less pixels per screen inch, it also counts with a little bigger display. Xiaomi Black Shark 4 takes better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note9, because although it has a smaller aperture, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Xiaomi Black Shark 4 also counts with a lot bigger back camera sensor taking lot higher quality videos and photos and a back camera with a lot higher resolution.
The Galaxy Note9 has a much better storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Black Shark 4, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal storage, the Galaxy Note9 also has a SD memory slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB. The Xiaomi Black Shark 4 has just a bit longer battery duration than Galaxy Note9, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity.
Although Xiaomi Black Shark 4 is a better device, it is a bit more expensive than Galaxy Note9, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Galaxy Note9. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can buy the Galaxy Note9, giving up a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most with your budget.
