The Galaxy Note9 is much better than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, having an 87.1 score against 77.7. Even being the best phone in this review, the Galaxy Note9 is a heavier and somewhat thicker phone than the Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite. The Galaxy Note9 counts with a bit more powerful processing unit than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite. They have 8 cpu cores and the same RAM memory amount.
Samsung Galaxy Note9 features a bit more vivid screen than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, because it has a better 1440 x 2960 resolution, a better number of pixels per inch in the display and a little bit bigger screen. The Galaxy Note9 takes clearer pictures and videos than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, and although they both have a same size back-facing camera sensor, the same (4K) video quality and the same resolution camera, the Galaxy Note9 also has a lot larger diafragm aperture and faster 60 fps video frame rates.
The Galaxy Note9 has a much greater storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, and although they both have the same internal memory capacity, the Galaxy Note9 also has a SD memory card expansion slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB. The Samsung Galaxy Note9 counts with longer battery life than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3350mAh.
