The Xiaomi Poco F4 is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Note9, with a score of 87.5 against 87.1. Xiaomi Poco F4's design is notably newer, just a bit lighter and thinner than the Samsung Galaxy Note9. The Xiaomi Poco F4 has a little faster processor than Galaxy Note9. Both have 6 GB of RAM and the same number of cores.
Xiaomi Poco F4 has a bit better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy Note9, because although it has a lot worse 1080 x 2400 resolution and a little lower pixel density, it also counts with a quite bigger screen. Galaxy Note9 has a much better storage capacity for games and applications than Xiaomi Poco F4, and although they both have the same internal storage, the Galaxy Note9 also has a SD memory slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB.

Xiaomi Poco F4 has a better camera than Galaxy Note9, because although it has slower video frame rates and a smaller aperture, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition, the Xiaomi Poco F4 also counts with a lot more MP back facing camera and a much larger sensor taking way higher quality videos and pictures.
