Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Note9 has a score of 87.1, which is a little bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro's 82.4 general score. Even being the best cellphone we compare here, the Samsung Galaxy Note9 is a noticeably older, a bit heavier and just a bit thicker cellphone than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro. Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro features a slightly better looking screen than Galaxy Note9, because although it has a little lower pixel density and a much lower 1080 x 2400 resolution, it also counts with a quite larger screen.
Galaxy Note9 features a little bit better hardware performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro. They have a 6 GB RAM and the same number of cores. Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro has a much better camera than Galaxy Note9, because although it has a lot smaller aperture which is worse for low light images and slower video frame rate, and they both have the same (4K) video quality, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro also counts with a much more MP back camera.
Galaxy Note9 counts with much more memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro, and although they both have a slot for an external memory card that holds up to 512 GB, the Galaxy Note9 also has more internal storage capacity. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro features improved battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Note9, because it has a 26% bigger battery size.
Although Samsung Galaxy Note9 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro. So if you need that extra features, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Note9, but if you don't you can save some dollars and buy the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro, resigning a couple specifications.
