Comparison review
Galaxy Note9 has a score of 87.1, which is better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro's 75.7 general score. Even being the best in this comparison review, we must tell that it is also noticeably older, somewhat thicker and just a little bit heavier. The Galaxy Note9 features a much better performing CPU than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro. They have a Octa-Core CPU and 6 GB of RAM.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro has a display that's just as good as the Samsung Galaxy Note9 one, because although the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro has a little bit lower pixel density and a much lower resolution of 1080 x 2400, it also counts with a little bit bigger screen. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro shoots better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note9, because although it has a way tinier diafragm aperture which is not favorable for low-light captures and video and lower 30 fps video frame rate, and they both have the same video quality, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro also counts with a lot larger sensor capturing way better quality videos and pictures and a back facing camera with a way higher resolution.
Galaxy Note9 counts with a very superior memory to store more games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, and although they both have the same internal memory capacity, the Galaxy Note9 also has an external memory slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB. Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro features improved battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Note9, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
