Comparison review
Galaxy Note9 is much better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, getting a score of 87.1 against 76.6. The Galaxy Note9 design has the same thickness than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, but it is just a bit heavier. Samsung Galaxy Note9 features just a bit better hardware performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy Note9 also has a larger amount of RAM memory.
Galaxy Note9 has a bit sharper screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a better display density and a better resolution of 1440 x 2960px. Samsung Galaxy Note9 counts with a lot bigger memory for games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because it has a slot for SD memory cards that supports a maximum of 512 GB and 128 GB internal storage.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 shoots just a bit better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy Note9, because although it has worse video frame rate and a tinier diafragm aperture which is not so good for shooting photographs in low-light situations, and they both have the same 1920x1080 video definition, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 also counts with a much bigger sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a lot higher resolution back camera.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 counts with better battery duration than Galaxy Note9, because it has 5020mAh of battery capacity against 4000mAh.
Galaxy Note9 is way more expensive than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, but you can get a better phone for that few extra dollars.
