Apple iPhone 6s has a general score of 83, which is a little bit better than Galaxy S23 Ultra's 81.5 score. Apple iPhone 6s has iOS 9.x OS, while Galaxy S23 Ultra works with Android 13 OS. The iPhone 6s has a much better performance than Galaxy S23 Ultra, because although it has 6 less cores (although faster) and a lower amount of RAM memory, it also counts with an additional graphics processor and a 64-bit CPU.
The iPhone 6s has a much better looking screen than Galaxy S23 Ultra, although it has a much lower 1334 x 750 resolution, a really smaller display and a much lower pixels quantity per inch of screen. Apple iPhone 6s's storage capacity to install applications and games is just as good as the Galaxy S23 Ultra one, both of them have equal 128 GB internal memory capacity.
Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra features a superior battery life than iPhone 6s, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity. Galaxy S23 Ultra takes much better videos and photos than iPhone 6s, because it has a much larger camera sensor providing a much higher image quality, a way larger camera aperture to take better low-light photography and videos and a much more mega pixels camera in the back.
