The Galaxy S23 Ultra is a bit better than HTC One M9, having an 81.5 score against 77.7. Both phones in this review work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy S23 Ultra has a more recent 13 version while HTC One M9 has Android 5.0 version. Galaxy S23 Ultra's construction is noticeably lighter and just a bit thinner than HTC One M9.
The HTC One M9 has a lot better processing power than Galaxy S23 Ultra, because although it has less RAM, and they both have a Octa-Core processor, the HTC One M9 also counts with a 64-bit processor and a graphics processor. HTC One M9 has a better screen than Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, although it has a really smaller screen, a little lower display density and a way worse 1920 x 1080px resolution.
Galaxy S23 Ultra features a lot bigger storage capacity to install games and applications than HTC One M9, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory capacity. Galaxy S23 Ultra counts with a greater camera than HTC One M9, because it has a lot better 200 mega-pixels resolution back camera, a much larger sensor taking way higher quality pictures and a much larger camera aperture to capture better photos and videos in poorly lited environments.
Galaxy S23 Ultra has a way better battery performance than HTC One M9, because it has a 5000mAh battery size instead of 2840mAh.
