Galaxy S23 Ultra has a global score of 81.5, which is a bit better than the Huawei Mate 20's global score of 79.5. Both of these devices work with Android operating system, but the Galaxy S23 Ultra has the previous 13 version while Huawei Mate 20 has Android 9.0 Pie. The Galaxy S23 Ultra is a a little bit thicker but a lot lighter phone than the Huawei Mate 20.
The Huawei Mate 20 has just a bit better display than Galaxy S23 Ultra, although it has a little smaller display, a just a bit worse display pixels density and a much lower resolution of 1080 x 2244 pixels.
