Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra has a global score of 81.5, which is just a bit better than the LG Q70's general score of 77.9. Both devices in this review include Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra has newer 13 version and LG Q70 has Android 10, so it counts with some nice extra features and optimized performance. Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is a noticeably lighter but a bit thicker phone than LG Q70.
The LG Q70 has a very superior CPU than Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have 8 cores. The Galaxy S23 Ultra and the LG Q70 count with very similar displays, although the LG Q70 has a just a bit lower pixel density, a little smaller screen and a way lower resolution of 1080 x 2310.
Galaxy S23 Ultra takes better videos and photos than LG Q70, because it has a back camera with much more mega-pixels, a lot bigger camera sensor which offers a lot higher photo and video quality and a larger diafragm aperture to take better captures and videos in low light situations. LG Q70 counts with a way bigger memory to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, because although it has just 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that allows up to 1,95 TB.
The Galaxy S23 Ultra counts with longer battery lifetime than LG Q70, because it has a 5000mAh battery size instead of 4000mAh.
