The Motorola Edge 40 Pro is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, getting a score of 83.4 against 81.5. Both of these phones use the same Android 13 operating system, so you shouldn't perceive any difference regarding that. Motorola Edge 40 Pro counts with a little bit better looking display than Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, although it has a bit smaller display, a lot worse 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution and a just a bit less pixels per inch in the screen.
