Galaxy S23 Ultra is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy A25 5G, with a global score of 81.5 against 79.9. Galaxy S23 Ultra is a way lighter but a little thicker phone than Samsung Galaxy A25 5G. These phones work with Android OS, but the Galaxy S23 Ultra has the previous 13 version and Samsung Galaxy A25 5G has Android 14 version.
The Galaxy S23 Ultra features just a little better hardware performance than Galaxy A25 5G, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Galaxy S23 Ultra also has a greater amount of RAM. Galaxy A25 5G features a slightly better looking display than Galaxy S23 Ultra, although it has a little bit lower pixel amount in each inch in the display, a much lower 1080 x 2340 resolution and a quite smaller display.
Samsung Galaxy A25 5G has much more storage to store more apps and games than Galaxy S23 Ultra, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal storage capacity, the Samsung Galaxy A25 5G also has a SD memory card expansion slot that supports up to 1 TB. The Galaxy S23 Ultra captures better videos and photos than Galaxy A25 5G, because it has a much more MP camera, a lot larger back camera sensor which gives a way better image and video quality and a larger diafragm aperture.
The Galaxy S23 Ultra and the Galaxy A25 5G both have very similar batteries performance.
