Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy A42 is a bit better than Galaxy S23 Ultra, with an 87 score against 81.5. Both phones we are comparing come with Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy A42 has an older 11 version and Galaxy S23 Ultra has Android 13 version. The Galaxy A42 has a much powerful CPU than Galaxy S23 Ultra, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have the same number of cores.
The Galaxy S23 Ultra features a much better looking display than Samsung Galaxy A42, because it has much more pixels per display inch, a way higher 1440 x 3080 resolution and a little bigger screen. The Galaxy A42 has a much bigger memory to store more games and applications than Galaxy S23 Ultra, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the Galaxy A42 also has a SD extension slot that supports a maximum of 1000 GB.
Galaxy S23 Ultra captures much better photos and videos than Galaxy A42, because it has a larger diafragm aperture for better low-light images and videos and a much more mega pixels camera. The Galaxy S23 Ultra and the Galaxy A42 have similar batteries.
