The Galaxy S25 Ultra has a general score of 90.7, which is better than Galaxy S23 Ultra's global score of 81.5. Both phones in this review come with Android operating system, but the Galaxy S25 Ultra has 14 version while Galaxy S23 Ultra has Android 13, giving you a couple nice extra features. Galaxy S25 Ultra features a much more vibrant display than Galaxy S23 Ultra, and although they both have a display of the same size, the Galaxy S25 Ultra also has a just a little better number of pixels in each inch in the screen and a quite better 1440 x 3088 pixels resolution.
The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra has a lot bigger storage to store more games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, because it has more internal storage capacity. Galaxy S25 Ultra and Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra have very similar CPUs, and although the Galaxy S25 Ultra has a greater amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra and Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra both have extremely similar batteries duration. The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra features a much better camera than Galaxy S23 Ultra. Both of them have a same size aperture, a camera with a 200 megapixels resolution and a 0.77 inches sensor.
