The Galaxy S23 Ultra has an overall score of 81.5, which is a little bit better than Xperia 10 II's 78.5 score. These phones come with Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy S23 Ultra has a newer 13 version while Xperia 10 II has Android 10, so it provides the user some nice extra features. The Galaxy S23 Ultra construction is a little thicker but extremely lighter than Xperia 10 II.
The Xperia 10 II has a really superior processing power than Galaxy S23 Ultra, although it has lesser RAM memory, they both have 8 cores. Xperia 10 II counts with a much better memory to store more apps and games than Galaxy S23 Ultra, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory, the Xperia 10 II also has a slot for SD memory cards that allows a maximum of 1000 GB. Galaxy S23 Ultra features a way better battery performance than Sony Xperia 10 II, because it has a 5000mAh battery size.
