The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer is better than Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, getting a 91.5 score against 81.5. Both phones in this review work with Android operating system, but the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer has 12 version while Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra has Android 13 version. Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer's construction has the same thickness than Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, but it's noticeably heavier.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer has a much powerful CPU than Galaxy S23 Ultra. Both have a Octa-Core CPU and a 8 GB RAM memory.
