The Galaxy S25 Ultra has a global score of 90.7, which is much better than the Huawei P20's 78.1 score. The Galaxy S25 Ultra design is incredibly thinner and a lot lighter than the Huawei P20. Both devices in this comparison review have Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy S25 Ultra has the older 14 version while Huawei P20 has Android 9.0 Pie version.
