Galaxy S25 Ultra has a score of 90.7, which is a bit better than Galaxy M31's score of 86.5. Both devices in this comparison review use Android operating system, but Galaxy S25 Ultra has 14 version while Galaxy M31 has Android 11 version, offering some nice extra features. Galaxy S25 Ultra is a extremely lighter and much thinner device than Galaxy M31.
