The Huawei P20 has a global score of 78.1, which is slightly better than Galaxy S4 Active's 71.7 general score. The Huawei P20 construction is notably newer and thinner, but also a little bit heavier than Galaxy S4 Active. These phones work with Android OS, but Huawei P20 has the newer 9.0 Pie version while Galaxy S4 Active has Android 4.4.
The Huawei P20 features just a little better processing power than Galaxy S4 Active, because although it has doesn't have a graphics co-processor, it also counts with more RAM and a larger number of cores. The Galaxy S4 Active has a brighter display than Huawei P20, because although it has a little smaller screen and a bit worse 1920 x 1080px resolution, it also counts with a little bit higher pixels density.
The Huawei P20 counts with a way better camera than Galaxy S4 Active, because it has a way better 12 mega pixels resolution back facing camera and a way better 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution. The Huawei P20 features a lot bigger storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S4 Active, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with more internal memory.
The Huawei P20 has improved battery life than Samsung Galaxy S4 Active, because it has 3400mAh of battery capacity.
Although Huawei P20 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Galaxy S4 Active, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Galaxy S4 Active. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the Huawei P20, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the Galaxy S4 Active, giving up a couple specs and features.
