Comparison review
The Galaxy M31s is better than Galaxy S5 Plus, with a general score of 88 against 78.1. The Galaxy M31s body is newer, but incredibly heavier and somewhat thicker than Galaxy S5 Plus. These devices have Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy M31s has older 11 version while Galaxy S5 Plus has Android 4.4.2.
The Samsung Galaxy M31s counts with a processing unit that is just as good as Galaxy S5 Plus's CPU, because although the Samsung Galaxy M31s has doesn't have an extra graphics processor, it also counts with a larger number of cores (although slower) and 4 GB more RAM. Galaxy S5 Plus counts with a sharper display than Galaxy M31s, because although it has a bit worse 1920 x 1080 resolution and a way smaller screen, it also counts with a little bit greater number of pixels in each inch of screen.
Galaxy M31s has a superior memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy S5 Plus, because it has more internal storage capacity and a slot for SD memory cards that supports up to 512 GB. Galaxy M31s has a much better battery life than Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus, because it has a 6000mAh battery capacity against 2800mAh.
Galaxy M31s counts with a way better camera than Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus, and although they both have the same (4K) video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Galaxy M31s also has a lot bigger camera sensor providing a lot better image quality, a much more megapixels back-facing camera and a larger diafragm aperture to capture better captures and videos in low light situations.
