The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy S9, with a overall score of 84.2 against 83.3. The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro construction is noticeably newer than Samsung Galaxy S9's, although it is just a little thicker and heavier. The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro counts with a bit better looking screen than Galaxy S9, because although it has a much worse screen density and a lot lower 1080 x 2400 resolution, it also counts with a larger display.
The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro features much more storage capacity for apps and games than Galaxy S9, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 512 GB internal storage. Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro counts with a very superior camera than Galaxy S9, because although it has a lot smaller diafragm aperture which is not nice for taking pictures and videos in low light environments, it also counts with a lot larger camera sensor, a lot higher video quality and a camera in the back with way more megapixels.
The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro features a superior battery performance than Galaxy S9, because it has 5500mAh of battery capacity.
