The Sony Xperia TL has a score of 66.1, which is much better than Samsung Galaxy Star 2's 52.9 global score. The Sony Xperia TL is a thinner but much heavier phone than Samsung Galaxy Star 2. Both phones in this review include Android OS (operating system), but the Sony Xperia TL has the older 4.1 version while Samsung Galaxy Star 2 has Android 4.4 version.
The Sony Xperia TL features a quite better processing power than Samsung Galaxy Star 2, because it has a larger number of cores (and they are faster), a faster graphics processor running at 400 MHz and more RAM. The Sony Xperia TL has a much better screen than Galaxy Star 2, because it has a larger display, a much better resolution of 1280 x 720px and a lot higher quantity of pixels per screen inch.
The Xperia TL has a much better memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Star 2, and although they both have a slot for SD memory cards that allows up to 32 GB, the Xperia TL also has more internal storage capacity. Xperia TL takes much clearer pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy Star 2, because it has a back facing camera with a lot better 13 mega pixels resolution and a lot better 1920x1080 video definition.
The Sony Xperia TL has a really longer battery performance than Galaxy Star 2, because it has a 1850mAh battery capacity.
The Xperia TL is a bit more expensive than Samsung Galaxy Star 2, but it's still a great choice, as you can get a better phone for that extra money.
