Samsung Galaxy A32 has an overall score of 84.7, which is much better than Samsung Galaxy Xcover 4S's 73.8 global score. Samsung Galaxy A32's design is newer and just a little thinner, but also somewhat heavier than the Samsung Galaxy Xcover 4S.
