Samsung Galaxy M31 is better than the Galaxy Xcover 4S, having an 86.5 score against 73.8. Although Samsung Galaxy M31 and Galaxy Xcover 4S were only released with a couple of months difference, the Samsung Galaxy M31 design is just a little heavier but also a little thinner than Galaxy Xcover 4S. Samsung Galaxy M31 takes much clearer pictures and videos than Galaxy Xcover 4S, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not good for low-light photos, it also counts with a back camera with a lot better resolution and a way higher (4K) video quality. The Samsung Galaxy M31 counts with a greater memory for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Xcover 4S, and although they both have an external memory card slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB, the Samsung Galaxy M31 also has 64 GB internal memory.
Samsung Galaxy M31 features a much longer battery lifetime than Galaxy Xcover 4S, because it has a 6000mAh battery capacity against 2800mAh.
